How We Personalize Your Lotus Surprise Bundle
A surprise can still feel personal. At Lotus Surprise by Leah, we ask for a little information about you or the person receiving your order so we can try to tailor the bundle to their interests, whenever our current stock allows. You share the inspiration, and the individual items stay a surprise.
What can you tell us about the recipient?
Start with favorite colors and a few interests. Do they enjoy journaling, reading, cute stationery, or collecting fun accessories? A short description gives Leah a useful starting point. You can also mention the occasion, such as a birthday, a thank-you gift, or a just-because treat.
For example, you might tell us: “This is a birthday gift for my friend. She loves purple, cats, and writing in her journal.” That is an example of the kind of information you can share, not a promise that a particular color or item will be included.
How we use your preferences
When an order is placed, we ask about the client or gift recipient. Leah considers those details alongside the items currently available and tries to include selections that suit the recipient when she can. The goal is to make the surprise feel thoughtful while keeping the reveal fun.
What personalization does and does not mean
Preferences guide the bundle; they are not a guaranteed list of contents. Our stock changes, so we cannot promise a particular product, character, color, or theme in every order. A mystery bundle also does not mean selecting each item yourself. If a specific request is essential to your purchase, contact Leah through the Etsy shop before ordering to ask what may be possible.
